Order Issues & Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not match its Certificate of Analysis (COA), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.

Returns Eligibility

Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of our research products, returns are only considered in specific cases, such as:

  • Damaged items upon arrival
  • Incorrect products received
  • Products that do not match the provided COA

All return or refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by our support team.

Non-Returnable Items

We generally do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or reconstituted products
  • Used items
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Orders affected by incorrect customer-provided information

Refund & Replacement Process
